OFEK – a training program for facilitators | Beit Midrash Elul

Elul invites you to learn a field that combines between culture and spirituality and the understanding of the function of a group and the role of the facilitator. OFEK Trains its participants to be Beit Midrash learning groups facilitators. We will learn the importance of the room setting, the people sitting in it and the issues and texts they are learning. We will try to understand the charm of the Beit Midrash and how ancient texts can still be a part of a vibrant terminology and used as efficient tools in self, group and community development. We will improve the facilitators’ skills and experience in group work and observe the unique issues of a group with diverse identities.
