“In the Building”
Communities in Solidarity in the Neighborhood
We at Rashut Ha’Rabim are proud to have joined forces with the young adults department in the Municipality of Jerusalem to create the “Building Project”. The project is a grassroots initiative- creating communities around apartment buildings in light of the global pandemic. Over 2500 representatives of apartment buildings all over Jerusalem are working hard to map welfare and social needs, organize events and do what is needed to enhance collective and individual resilience. As part of the program, representatives receive educational and social material connected to Israeli holidays. Together with our partners, we have won national social-communal action prizes for this inspiring project.
