It is a great privilege to take part in the establishment of a coalition of Israeli Jewish organizations
and communities in Tel Aviv-Yafo! From now on, we have a sister!
The coalition was launched at a summit meeting on the 12th floor of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality
with many partners, municipality staff, with the blessing of the city’s mayor and executive director.
The coalition was established in order to maintain and strengthen Tel Aviv-Jaffa as an enterprise for
culture, creativity, and identity that is leading the way in maintaining and sustaining pluralistic
Israeli-Judaism in Israel, while promoting the values of equality, liberalism and freedom that
characterize the city, its residents and its institutions.
Especially now, the partnership between organizations in the field and the local government fills us
with hope! We built it from the foundaitons and are excited about what is to come.
“O sister! May you grow into thousands of myriads!”
