Creative writing | Beit Midrash Elul

The sessions inspire creative writing through observing and group learning of Jewish sources. We will read biblical texts, Agada stories, Mishnah and Talmud, and contemporary Hebrew literature and poetry. The learning will focus on the tension between the inner and outer monologue and dialogue with the other. The learning will inspire us to write. The workshop will give us experience in prosaic and poetic writing, and we will have an opportunity to express different voices in us and around us. Facilitated by: Chava Pinchas-Cohen.
