Jerusalemite Teachers room in memory of Shira Banki

Teachers’ room connects educators from diverse backgrounds and all the different sectors of Jerusalem with the goal of creating a dialogue of tolerance and hope in the city. The continuing education program maintains a group and individual reflective process that develops the ability to contain and to cope with the multiculturalism in the city. The process occurs through mutual colleague studying, of arts, and educational practice. The activity is based on the meeting of teachers with different narratives and world views while giving an opportunity to voice them and hear the experience of others.
